Order processing times
We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days, but this can vary during busy periods such as holidays and sales
We ship via Royal Mail second class signed for, so your package will require a signature upon delivery. Normal transit times are 2-5 working days.
We ship all international orders with Royal Mail tracked services to ensure your package arrives with you safely. Please be aware that you may be subject to VAT and import charges based on the cost of goods and the country you are in. We are not responsible for this cost, so please factor this into your purchase and check with your countries import information to see what you could be paying.
If, in the unfortunate event that a package does go missing in the post, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please be aware that this does sometimes happen, so sending a friendly email is appreciated.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges, but they must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned to us in the same, unused and unwashed condition as it was received, including all tags remaining in place. Return postage is covered by the buyer, and we will send any replacements at no extra charge (this applies to one exchange per order).
