We are a family team based in South Yorkshire, UK with a love for horror and all things spooky. We strive on bringing the best quality and exclusive pieces to the European market.

Returns policy
Returns must be filed within 14 days of receipt of goods and must be in the same, unwashed and unworn condition as you received it. Postage costs are deducted from the refund amount and you are responsible for returning the items safely to us. Measurement details can be found on our sizing page, and questions about sizing can be directed to us using the contact form.

Do you do customs?
No, custom pieces and sizing is not something we offer, but we can take advice on future ideas and sizing using our contact form.

Can I make a change to my order/shipping details?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days, so provided an email is sent to request a change, this can be accommodated. If it is after this time, we cannot ensure a change is possible.

Can I promote your brand?
We regularly look for new influencers, so you are welcome to provide your social media links via the contact form on our page. Due to high volumes, we may not be able to reply to everyone. You're always welcome to promote any purchases made, just don't forget to tag us on social media so we can reshare!
